Khloé Kardashian talks about anxiety and pregnancy
Khloé Kardashian’s top nine Instagram photos of 2017 are just as gorgeous as you might expect, with lots of snaps of her looking happy and loved-up with her partner, Tristan Thompson.

In the caption, she reflected positively on last year and the 'excitement for everything new in 2018', including the birth of her first baby.
Despite her excitement, she also expressed that her feelings about being pregnant are not entirely positive:
‘Nerves and anxiety are an understatement.’
This is something Khloé talked about when her and Tristan made their announcement back in December with a beautiful black and white “bumpie”. At six months pregnant, she described how she felt ‘thankful, excited, nervous, eager, overjoyed and scared all in one!’

This confusing mix of emotions during pregnancy is completely normal, and Khloe is definitely not alone. It is really important to talk to your midwife about how you’re feeling emotionally as well as physically, especially if you are anxious or scared more than you are ‘excited… eager, [or] overjoyed’.
If you have ‘a beautiful support system in place’ like Khloe, then great! Make the most of your loved ones and the support they’re offering – they wouldn’t offer if they didn’t meant it.
And if you don’t have lots of people around who can help you, there are organisations, including Tommy’s, who can.
