In-Memory Sky: Terms and conditions

By providing your personal information to the In-Memory Sky, you are consenting for Tommy’s to process your data for this purpose. To understand how we will use your personal data in your commemoration, please refer to our privacy policy. 

In-Memory Sky purpose – a safe space to remember and commemorate your loved one and share your thoughts with others who have suffered similar loss.

Please note that it is one star per commemoration.

Group moderation - When you have submitted your commemoration, Tommy’s will review this to ensure it complies with our community code.  

Due to our office hours (Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm), we will aim to publish your dedicated star in Tommy’s In-Memory Sky within 3 working days.

Community code 

Degrading comments about things such as disability, age, race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. 

Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Please do not share other people’s information or story outside of the group, without their permission to do so. 

Do not use offensive language. 
 

Donations - When submitting your commemoration, there is no obligation to make a donation. This is optional. 
 

Retention – We will hold your commemoration for no longer than 7 years.
