Preventing a lifetime of loss

The impact of pregnancy and baby loss can last a lifetime. Our research is here to change that. But we can’t do this alone. We need your support to fund the research and care families rely on.

In our new campaign, ‘Projecting Life’, we’re showing the precious, unmade memories and missing moments left by loss. We're telling a story we hear so frequently - of the devastating absence caused by pregnancy and baby loss. The heartbreak of imagined memories.

Half of UK adults have experienced baby loss or know someone who has. But it doesn’t need to be this way. With your help, our research is here to change the story.

After the loss of our much longed for baby, Altair, at 20 weeks, we were put in touch with the Tommy’s research centre in Manchester. Professor Alex Heazell immediately gave us hope. Under his care and guidance, we welcomed our rainbow baby, Faris, safe and sound in December 2018.
